01 Package Price
The total package price is ₹13,200 for the eligible family of four, comprising 2 adults and 2 children, subject to the age limits and occupancy conditions communicated at the time of booking.
02 Package Duration
The package covers 2 nights and 3 days at an eligible destination.
03 Accommodation
Hotel accommodation will be provided at designated properties, subject to availability, destination eligibility and confirmation of the booking.
04 Meals
Meal inclusions, meal plans and serving arrangements will be specified in the confirmed booking. Additional food, beverages and other incidental charges are payable separately unless expressly included.
05 Payment Plan
Under the staged payment option, members pay ₹1,100 per month for six months, totalling ₹6,600 before the trip. The remaining ₹6,600 is payable after returning from the trip, in accordance with the written payment agreement.
06 One-Time Payment
Members choosing this option pay ₹1,100 as the initial registration payment through the website. After registration, the remaining ₹12,100 is payable in one transaction, bringing the total trip plan amount to ₹13,200. Applicable payment and booking conditions apply.
07 Destination Selection
Destination options are subject to the club’s eligible destination list, hotel availability, applicable travel dates and package restrictions. Not every destination or property may be available for every booking.
08 Booking Confirmation
Registration or trip plan enrolment does not by itself guarantee a confirmed reservation. The destination, travel dates, accommodation and applicable package inclusions must be confirmed in writing before travel.
09 Exclusions
Transport, flights, train tickets, transfers, sightseeing, entry fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, taxes or additional charges are excluded unless expressly stated in the confirmed package.
10 Changes and Cancellation
Rescheduling, cancellation, refunds and no-show conditions will be governed by the written booking policy disclosed to the member before payment and confirmation.
11 Payment Default
Any overdue amount will be handled according to the agreed payment terms and applicable law. No additional fee or penalty will apply unless disclosed and lawfully agreed.
12 Trip Plan and Validity
Trip Plan validity, destination access, booking windows, blackout dates, child age limits and any applicable renewal conditions must be disclosed before registration.
13 Transparency
All applicable charges, material restrictions and payment obligations will be communicated to the member before the booking is confirmed.
